EZ Club Retention Calculator is Available

A very easy tool for calculating your club's real performance in keeping existing members is now available on this website.

This very easy to use tool has been lovingly modified by our resident Engineer - RRIMC Jim Henry - for those of us who are "numbers challenged". It really is EZ! Give it a try!

Click here for the EZ Calculator or click the link in recent downloads on the right side of the Blog.

I came across this blog entry while searching for 'club retention ideas' on Google. I'm a member of a nonprofit volunteer organization in Atlanta and we are looking for advice/ideas on how to keep volunteers coming back after our projects are finished at the end of every 8-10 week volunteer cycle. Any suggestions you may have would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Amanda

Fun during your project, and open lines of communication after your project are the two keys. Giving like-minded people an fun, easy, opportunity to serve is the key to getting them to come back. I am certain that lots of the ideas on this Blog are readily transferable to other non-profit ventures.
